This plan is available to patients without dental insurance.
If you have dental insurance, you may want to consider canceling your policy and signing up for our alternative.

How long am I covered?
Your effective date is the day you enroll (no waiting period).
Your coverage will last for one year.
Your renewal date is the anniversary of your original enrollment date every year.
If you wish to cancel, please contact our office before your renewal date.

How do I add family members?
To add a family member, please contact our office. Once we add them, they can use their benefits right away.

Is it cheaper to pay out of pocket for dental care?
No. It’s more cost-effective to sign up for our membership plan vs. paying out of pocket for preventative dental care.
