Your Chattahoochee Valley Dentist's Vow

Chattahoochee Valley Dentist

We promise you'll never leave in pain.

We hope to keep all of our patients' teeth healthy, so they will never need a root canal. However, when tooth decay becomes more than just a cavity, the inside of your tooth becomes infected, resulting in pain and sometimes swelling.

Before doing anything else, Dr. Collier uses an anesthetic to numb the area around the affected tooth, so you won’t feel anything as he completes the procedure. Dr. Collier and our staff work hard to make sure you are calm, comfortable, and relaxed during your appointment.

We are gentle with our anesthetic and keep you informed throughout your whole appointment. This way you will feel secure in our care, reducing your anxiety.

"The care and attention given by Dr. Collier and his staff were exceptional. Dr. Collier takes the time to explain what he is doing and allows the patient to see what is being done using a mirror when possible. I now have the best dentist in the world."

Managing your dental anxiety during a root canal

One of the main reasons people cringe when they hear "root canal" is because it's associated with a painful procedure. At our practice, we take many steps to ensure you are comfortable and do not experience any discomfort.

With our gentle approach, advanced pain-prevention techniques, and sedation methods, we help patients of the Chattahoochee Valley area to re-think their approach to root canals, thus saving their smiles and keeping them healthy.

Dr. Collier uses a very potent topical gel to numb your gums and cheek before an injection. By the time you receive the injection, your mouth will likely be so numb you really won’t feel the injection. Throughout the entire procedure, Dr. Collier and his assistant will talk you through everything they are going to do. This dispels "fear of the unknown," leaving you more relaxed.

Don't let your fears stop you from having a healthy smile
